Dear Parent / Guardian,

 This is the 90^th anniversary of our group and we have embarked on a big challenge to raise funds for a new hall and we again find ourselves in desperate need for more volunteers to help.

Over the coming months we are organising several fund raising events where we will need your help in running the events.

Also the Nailsea Carnival is approaching fast, 3^rd July 2010, and we will need help with marshalling the parade from Clevedon road to the millennium park. We will also need assistance in setting up the field on the morning of the carnival starting at approximately 08:00am. The scouts run several stalls on the field during the carnival and we need parents / guardians to assist with running them.  Further information will be placed upon the Friends Of First Nailsea (FOFN) notice board in the entrance to the scout HQ on the run up to the carnival so please check to see how you can help or leave your contact details with your section leader.

If you are willing to volunteer or know of friends with children in the group who would be willing to volunteer a few hours a month for the fundraising or help with the carnival then please contact me via the details below.

The more parents / guardians we can get to help with the support of the group the easier it will be to share the work load.
